Orissa Bites started in a small cloud kitchen in Mumbai with one simple belief — India deserves better pickle. Real pickle. The kind that's been made in Brahmapur homes for generations using cold-pressed mustard oil, whole spices, and zero shortcuts.


We started with one jar. Then ten. Then hundreds.


Today we're on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho — but every batch is still small, still handcrafted, still made exactly the way Brahmapur taught us.


This isn't just Odia pickle. This is India's pickle — made the way it always should have been.
